Hi fans. It is with mixed emotions that I report the official hiatus
of OTV + subsequently of Agents of Change, too. I'm consolidating my efforts to focus on the Demystifying My
Depression project.
Who knows, though? My travels may bring me back
full-circle to revive OTV + this project again in the future. I'll keep this blog around as an archive, since it seems like the whopping two posts are still popular with regular visitors... It warms my heart to know that folks are still discovering + enjoying them:)
If you'd like to keep up with my current short-form ramblings, you can still follow me on Twitter (srexroth) where in addition to the mental health stuff, I also tweet about design, Pgh, yoga, music, Russia, human rights, crafting, Roma + animal cuteness. Ya know, important junk.
Of course, you can find me writing regularly at http://demystifyingdepression.blogspot.com/
Thanks for the super fun times. Keep on keeping on!

Kimberly Musial | The Yoga Hive (Pgh)
I stepped through the door of The Yoga Hive on a Sunday morning in late January with a friend after a meeting, immediately fell in love + have been hooked ever since. I am a Hiver.
As the new kids on the [Penn Ave] block in Garfield at the The Glass Lofts, The Yoga Hive connects "people from all backgrounds + fitness levels through the practice of yoga" with an eclectic mix of "Vinaysa, Kundalini + Hatha classes as well as special workshops."

Lisa Krowinski | Sapling Press (Pgh)
Lisa Krowinski, Sapling Press, demonstrating die-cutting on a flywheel press in action. |
Yesterday was the second time in 6 months that I have been dumbfounded, in awe in a letterpress workshop (see the article of the first on On The Vine's main blog)... reconfirming yet again that I need to start collecting/building my own. Until then, I am so thrilled to meet local Pgh studio owners who are rocking the craft.
Lisa Krowinski, owner of Sapling Press, is one of those rockstars.
